To return or exchange a product, please email info@glam-nation.com, within 14 days of receipt of your purchase to process it for return or exchange. We will gladly replace any damaged or defective item immediately or refund your original purchase price. We are unable to refund shipping charges. All products that are unopened and returned within 14 days will receive a full refund. All products that have been opened and used will be eligible for an exchange if returned with 14 days of purchase.
